A vertical sundial on the southwest facade of the building, the former manor house of the Becich family. The sundial is circular in shape, like a mechanical one, on a rectangular base. According to neighbors Foška Pamić and Ivan Kovačić, there was a gnomon in the middle that has been missing since at least the 1960s. The Roman numerals have been washed away by rain. Next to the sundial is the family coat of arms. The Becich counts built the house in 1734, and it is assumed that the sundial and coat of arms were installed then. Archive documents mention that the manor house is located in San Servolo near Mugeba, but that name has been lost. Above the stone arch of the monumental door is the inscription: "GEORGIUS BECICH STEPHANI COMITIS TRIBUNI PEDITUM FILIUS/OTIUM HOC SIBI SIUSQUE POSTERIS COMPARAVIT. ANNO 1734."
