According to a photograph by Gjuro Szabo from 1916, there was a vertical sundial on the southern wall of the church. The church is dated between the 14th and 16th century, and was Baroque-styled in the 18th century. It was renovated twice in the 19th century and the sundial probably dates from that period. The church is valuable for its historical and architectural complexity, as well as its late Gothic frescoes.
