Analematic sundial in the kindergarten yard. The sundial was completed on April 22, 2014, Earth Day. The calculation was performed by Slaven Ličina from Sisak. On the concrete base of the sundial, the young painter, master of applied arts Ivana Koren, painted 12 months through the year and the number sequence for the hours. Installation and rough physical works (fine measurements, excavation and concreting) were done by guys from the association "PUT PRIRODE". The sundial is a gift from the City of Varaždinske Toplice to the children from "Tratinčica" on the occasion of the second Kindergarten Day and on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the independent educational activities of the kindergarten. The children of the oldest group "BEES" thanked all the participants, who made the sundial possible, with their dance number "Planet Earth is ours, not theirs". Mayor Goranka Štefanić and her deputy Nedeljko Mihalić officially opened this human sundial.
