Analematic sundial next to the school built in 2013. The project was designed and led by teacher Branka Šulc. The sundial has markings for summer and winter time. The draft and plan were made by Slaven Ličina. 6th grade students under the guidance of prof. of mathematics, Minja Stepić, determined the exact geographic north and hour coordinates during additional classes. The Maksimir Culture and Information Center joined the project by educating children about sculpture in space and land art, as well as creating an installation that was carried out by art teacher Tihana Mikša Perković with the students of the 3rd grade. The site for the sundial was prepared by janitor Luka Milić. The sundial was probably destroyed during the construction of sports fields in the same place.
